Client presentation: CESUR
The automation of training sheets at CESUR has brought about a radical change in the way its extensive educational offering is managed. CESUR, with more than 25 years of experience in vocational training, is a national benchmark in the delivery of intermediate and higher-level training cycles. With a presence in more than 30 centers throughout Spain, and an educational offering that exceeds 100 official qualifications, CESUR stands out for its commitment to innovation, teaching quality, and the employability of its students.
Its training model includes on-site, dual, and distance learning modalities, which allows each student to adapt their academic experience to their personal and professional needs. However, this flexibility, coupled with the high volume of qualifications and centers, presented an ever-increasing logistical and operational challenge.
The challenge: Extreme variability and the need to automate training sheets
Each CESUR training cycle requires a detailed descriptive sheet that informs the student about the program’s contents, job opportunities, access requirements, available modalities, locations where it is taught, and other key aspects.
The problem is that this information varies significantly depending on three main factors:
- The specific cycle
- The delivery method (on-site, dual, or distance)
- The educational center where it is offered
This enormous amount of combinations in the creation of sheets was carried out completely manually, in a tedious and repetitive production process. Each variation had to be composed and laid out individually, which involved a considerable investment of time and a high possibility of errors or inconsistencies.
In addition, with the constant updating and expansion of the educational offering, keeping all the sheets up to date had become a bottleneck for the CESUR team, directly affecting publication times and the overall efficiency of the responsible department.
The solution: Intelligent automation of CESUR training sheets
CESUR relied on Nousmedis to transform this process through a solution of advanced automation, based on modular templates that dynamically adapt to the content of each sheet.
The key to success was designing an intelligent system capable of automatically generating the descriptive sheets for each combination of cycle, modality, and center. To achieve this, a single template was structured that allows activating or deactivating information blocks based on the data associated with each case. Thus, without the need for multiple versions or manual layouts, personalized sheets are generated quickly and accurately.
This approach made it possible to standardize the structure and visual style of all the sheets, also facilitating future updates or content changes without compromising consistency between documents.
Implementation: Direct connection to the database and debugging of information
One of the great successes of the project was the direct integration of the system with the CESUR database. This allowed automating the flow of information from the original source, ensuring that the data was always up to date and eliminating the need for manual uploads.
This process also involved significant work in cleaning and normalizing the data. As it was an environment with so many elements at play (qualifications, locations, schedules, modalities…), it was necessary to invest efforts in homogenizing the information so that it would be displayed correctly in the generated documents, without ambiguities or duplications.
Results: More speed, fewer errors, and maximum reliability
The new system has allowed CESUR to automate the generation of training sheets with a level of efficiency impossible to achieve with the previous model. Thousands of possible combinations are now processed in a matter of seconds, with a homogeneous and professional visual presentation.
Although some very specific situations still require manual adjustments, the solution satisfactorily covers the vast majority of cases. The CESUR team has drastically reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks, freeing up resources to focus on higher-value activities, such as continuous content improvement or student support.
Impact: A scalable and sustainable model for the educational future of CESUR
Thanks to the collaboration with Nousmedis, CESUR has transformed a critical process into a scalable, reliable system aligned with its growth strategy. The automation of the sheets has improved not only internal efficiency but also the experience of end users, who now access clear, updated, and coherent information regardless of the cycle or modality chosen.
With this project, CESUR reinforces its position as an innovative and agile educational center, capable of adapting effectively to the challenges involved in offering quality vocational training in such a dynamic environment as today’s.
